Please Note

We require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with Ken Dale Farms listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract. Our insurance representative will reach out to you to secure this policy. The average price for the policy is $95.

All bookings require a 50% down payment at the time of the booking, another 25% payment 90 days before the date of the event and 25% is due 30 days before the event in addition to a $500 security deposit. Cancellations prior 90 days before the event will lose the down payment unless the venue can be rebooked with another client. Any cancellations after 90 days prior to the event will lose the down payments. Any cancellations after 30 days prior to the event will lose all payments. All payments will be made by credit card only and the 90-day and 30-day payments will be automatic debits.
